Class Participation: Chef Demo and Student Teams

Class Menu: Class Menus and E recipe cards/books are emailed to students seven days before class commences. Menus are created with seasonality and group dietary requirements taken into consideration. All menus contain major proteins, starches, and some dairy accompanied or featuring seasonal fruits and vegetables.

About Essential Cooking 

Essential Cooking is a progressive cooking course developed to build confidence and knowledge for the everyday home cook. Chef Danny Boome will demonstrate and lead you through 30 different recipes interpreting culinary language and techniques in each of the ten 90min classes, empowering you with his fun, high-energy teaching style.

Working together as a collective, class members work through the stages of the recipe techniques. At the end of each section or class, we gather, taste, and discuss what we have cooked and learned from our kitchen experience.

Each class comes with an interactive teaching pack that includes E-coursebooks, recipe cards, and Apron.
